There are students from different parts of the world studying in Xiamen University. OEC tries its best to provide venue if you want to organize activities which display the characteristics or local customs of your country and the people. Every year, students from Thailand have celebrated the Water Lantern Festival and the Thai New Year in the college. As the university is not far from churches, temples, mosques in Xiamen, it is very convenient to attend religious activities.

There are Xiamen University alumni associations in many cities of the world. We suggest that after graduation, you take the initiative to approach the local alumni association, which in turn will stay in touch with you and keep you updated about what’s going on in Xiamen University.
